Damn! Just pressed the wrong button and lost my post! Might have something to do with the fact I'm just ever so slightly tiddly!

So, tonight Gwyn and I had the most fantastic time round Sarahs!

I'm so stuffed its untrue...wow that woman can cook!

The starters would've been enuff for me...well there were 4 delicious dishes!!!

Then we had a gorgeous macaroni dish with salad...yummy!

This was followed by a really lovely dessert...yoghurt with walnuts and honey.

And just when we thought we'd finished, Sarah offered us this totally orgasmic baklava! And all washed down with a glass of ouzo!

Sarah, Gwyn and I had a really wonderful time tonite x. You made us so welcome, and your food was superb!

I know you spent most of today cooking, and we both want you to know we appreciate you going to so much trouble.

Oh, and you have such a sweet pussy cat too!

So now I'm racking my brains to think of what I can cook for you...

Any ideas folks? Xx

Oh there was spinach, Steve. Just cunningly hidden in the photos. First pic, far left, little brown things? Spanakopita. Little filo pastry triangles filled with spinach and feta.

That's one of my favourite tops now as it hides a multitude of syns lol! Certainly didn't feel very slim last nite I can tell you! But there was lots of spinach so I'm not too worried!

The whole evening was brilliant! Sarah's a great host...and we met her very talented daughter Ros too.

Yes, we met through minis xx

Sarah and I got chatting on here as you do, and it turned out that Sarah and my hubbs Gwyn had some mutual choir/church friends.

Then we discovered we have the same sw c although attended different groups.

Then we realised that we both work at the same hospital (so we usually meet for coffee once a week)

Then on Friday we found out that Sarah lives only four doors away from my uncle Stephen, and she knew my nan!

Tis a very small world!
