How exciting about all those clothes! You should be very proud of your efforts. I know it must be frustrating to have a little weight wobble, but remember that you're at target now. You don't have to be 100% all the time. Non-dieters who are slim don't have perfect days all the time. That is why there is the 3lb boundaries around your target weight, to allow you to have a few synful days, but you know how to get back on plan and work it like a sexy lady! ha ha. Glad work has been better this week. When are your days off?

Aww cheers Penny! I'm off tomorrow and Friday this week, but they've asked me to work all week next week cos they're really short...:(

Not so happy with the scales today but only myself to blame (2 takeaways in 2 days last week). We'll just have to suck it and see what happens at wi tomorrow. Could go either way really as my scales are a but unpredictable.

I'm still up (not for long though - honest !). Trying to look at holidays to book - unfortunately not til next year but will give me something to look forward to (which I need at the moment *sigh*).

Love the photos on your signature. I don't think I'd seen one of you as 'big' as the middle one (it's all relative) but you certainly look very skinny on the 'after' photos :D

Sorry to hear about your crappy day but at least you are finished now until next week - yaaaaay :)

Remember for tomorrow that you are at the bottom of your target range (if your stats are correct) so don't worry too much. And if you start dropping out of your target range (below) then remember my advice !!!!
