Worked up a serious sweat in dance class. Came back starvin!! So had a fish finger sw for 7pp. Then a fish cake for 6pp and 3 x choc bickies for 8pp.

Thinking of bein brave and walking to work 2moro. 2.5 miles from my front door to the office.its a joke to drive it like but its the hassle of carryin my handbag, gym bag and lunch bag lol. But iv left all my lunch pots in work for the week so its only fruit and water il b carrying. Plus my gym bag. Then walk home and stop in at the gym on my way... this seems like a good idea atm:-/ thoughts?
Could still wear my uniform and just my gym trainers til I get into work. Stylish lol.

And a smoothie made from banana, apple, pineapple, strawberries, mandarin, melon and black berries. Yum!!
Mid morn : tea 1pp and 2 x alpen light bars 3 pp
Lunch: asda mash pot with cheese and broc 6pp and a pear.
Dinner: asda reduced cal tuna pasta bake 10pp

Walking 2.5 miles to work and same home again.
Stopping in gym on way home too for an hour
The mash pot was gorg. added a large salad to my pasta bake dinner. Had a slice of toast when I got hom for 3pp. And a triple biscuit for 2pp.

Walked to work but wore the wrong shoes and ended up with 2 big water blisters on the soles of my feet so hada get a lift home n ditch the gym. So cross at myself!!
Finding that im always hungry (tummy rumbling loudly and everything :-/) not sure wat im doing wrong. Maybe cuz im so used to big portions on slimming world.
