Phone hasnt been lettin me update. Prob just as wel... 2 x bbqs at weekend.

New week today

Breakie: smoothie made with berries, banana and 100 mls fruit juice 1pp

Mid morn tea and alpen light 3pp

Lunch: ww mex chilli wedges and a pear. 6pp

Mid afternoon: ww mini choc oaty cookies 2pp

Dinner: pasta n sauce with lots of added veggies: 12pp

Snack: ww ice cream 4pp

Total 28/26 daily

2/49 weeklies

Done 1 hour at the gym :)

Tomorrow looks like this: 10/7/13

Breakie: ww bread toasted with 1 cheese triangle 1pp. Pear and herbal tea.

Mid morn: banana. Tea and ww mini cookies 3pp.

Lunch: ww chicken noodle soup and 2 x slices of ww bread. 3pp. Pear.

Hoops and crosses crisps 2pp

Sausage casserole. 3 x light choices sausages 6pp
Mash 7pp
Onion carrots brocolli and peas 2pp.
Gravy 2pp.

26/26 dailys.

1.5 hours in the gym. Gona work my bum off :)
 
what kinda workout do you do in the gym? you are flying it fair play!! how did you make the sausage cassarole? id love to try make it as i have quorn sausages in the freezer and cant decide what to make with them
 
Just do 10-15 mins on each machine... treadmill bike rowing arm-cycle etc. Then finish with sit ups. I got a schwartz season all for pork jar thingy. Just decided im gna give it a go. Saussges onions n veg in a casserole dish, some water and some of the season all and cook. Then just make up gravy for wen its done. Have never made it before so hoping it turns out ok :-/ I shall let u know lol x
 
Havent been very good at all. Lovely weather = too much alcohol and lots of bbqs :(

Detox and serious head on from 2moro!! No excuses. 2moro will be 9 days too my wedding... eeeekkkk!

Food 16/7/13

Breakie: smoothie made of banana, frozen berries and mixed frozen fruit. 0pp

Mid morn: tea and alpen light. 3pp

Lunch: asda good for you morroccan cous cous pot 6pp and a pear.

Dinner: 4 x birdseye mini bbq chicken griddlers 5pp plus 4 x mini potato waffles 4pp. Large salad and 2 tbsp xl mayo 1pp.

19/26 so far. Will update 2moro.

9 days? omg you must be so excited. Mine is in 9weeks and im fit to burst.
Plus one on the alcohol and bbqs during the good weather but ya know what when are we gona see the sun again? so we may aswell make the most of it.
You will defo have to post a few pics of your big day on here so we can see the beautiful bride
 
Thatl fly in. I remember sayin it was 9 weeks lol came round in no time. Cannot wait. Just nervous im not gna fit in my dress. Pick it up on sat :-0

Off to dance class now. Today has went to plan had an extra alpen bar cuz was very hungry mid morn .

Thinking of bein brave and walking to work 2moro. 2.5 miles from my front door to the office.its a joke to drive it like but its the hassle of carryin my handbag, gym bag and lunch bag lol. But iv left all my lunch pots in work for the week so its only fruit and water il b carrying. Plus my gym bag. Then walk home and stop in at the gym on my way... this seems like a good idea atm:-/ thoughts?

Could still wear my uniform and just my gym trainers til I get into work. Stylish lol.
 
Worked up a serious sweat in dance class. Came back starvin!! So had a fish finger sw for 7pp. Then a fish cake for 6pp and 3 x choc bickies for 8pp.

Glad to hear that you had fun at dance class, remember your Weeklies are there to be used so enjoy them :) But maybe some pp friendly snacks will be good too, I have lots of favourites and never anything more than 3pp for a snack! X

Walking sounds like a fab plan as you'll be saving money on petrol and earning extra AP! Just make sure it's not too much on top of work and the gym tho, don't want to burn yourself out! X

Dinner: asda reduced cal tuna pasta bake 10pp

So far 23/26

Walking 2.5 miles to work and same home again.

Stopping in gym on way home too for an hour :)

The mash pot was gorg. :) added a large salad to my pasta bake dinner. Had a slice of toast when I got hom for 3pp. And a triple biscuit for 2pp.

Walked to work but wore the wrong shoes and ended up with 2 big water blisters on the soles of my feet :( so hada get a lift home n ditch the gym. So cross at myself!!

Finding that im always hungry (tummy rumbling loudly and everything :-/) not sure wat im doing wrong. Maybe cuz im so used to big portions on slimming world.

Plenty of water for your hunger Sweetie, could be thirst masked as hunger, particularly in this heat! Sorry to hear abut your feet, water blisters are awful :-( x
 
Yea plus one on the water it's great and 9 times outa 10 it's thirst rather than hunger
Don't worry about the gym Hun you got loads of exercise in today
