Thurs 29th aug.

Breakie: banana, orange, tea and milk 1 syn. 28g weetabix minis hxb.

Lunch: pasta with peas sweetcorn and peppers. Tikka turkey, lettuce carrot and red cabbage. Pear and yogurt.

Dinner: pasta bols with brocolli cauli carrots and hxa cheese.

Had some of my quiche with lf coleslaw 3 syns.

2 x mikados 1 syn.

2 x oreos 5 syns.

Malteasers 3 syns.

today then... Friday 30th aug 2013

breakie: 28g Weetabix minis, tea with milk 1 syn. banana.

mid morn 2 x oranges

lunch: leftover pasta bols with veg. a pear.

dinner: having my friend round tonight and she started SW recently so im making a SW buffet feast thing.

it will be:
SW chips / wedges
SW KFC chicken goujons
SW curry dip
SW pasta n sauce quiche with ham and broccoli. 0.5 syns for whole quiche.

and of course DESSERT>>>> mini oreo cheesecakes at 3.5 syns each.
shall be having 2 each so 7 syns.

8 syns so far today.

also have low cal crisps... we shall see :) xx

Monday 2nd sept

cannot believe its sept already :0

breakie: 28g Weetabix minis HXB with tea + milk 1 syn. and a banana.

lunch: tuna pasta salad (lettuce, carrot, sweetcorn, peppers, onion) mayo 5 syns. wotsits wafflers 7 syns.

caramel freddo 5 syns.

get weighed tonight, defo gonna have a gain but I will go and stay for group as I need a kick up the bum... go great all week then the wheels fall off at the weekend :(
very unorganised today and very hungry :(

dinner will be: kfc chicken drumsticks with baked sweet potato and salad and hxa cheese.

had 1 slice of garlic bread for 5 syns.

and 8 syns worth of philea fogs.

total syns today 30 / 105 .

Tomorrows plan

Tuesday 3rd sept.

Breakie: tea with milk 1 syn. Banana, orange.

Lunch: ww roll hxb, 1 cheese triangle hxa, salad and chicken strips. another orange. also made up a small salad with the rest of the chicken strips.

Dinner: eating on my own tonight so gonna make a wee feast lol. tagliatelle with bacon and hxa cheese traingles (to make a creamy sauce) with garlic and paprika. served on a bed of 'fried' leeks and cabbage. might do some sw chips to mop up the sauce. cant wait lol.

snack tonight: 2 x kiwis and a yogurt, ham and pickles

total today 1 syn

Mid morn: tea with milk 1 syn.

Lunch: ww roll hxb with ham cheese hxa and salad. And 1 el cheese triangle 1 syn. And a tomato mugshot. 2 x oranges

Dinner: omlette (1 syn for milk) with ham cabbage leeks and onions. And sw chips.

Hubby is going away all wkend so I av no take away temptations lol. Av done a food plan for all wkend.

Friday 6th sept.

Breakie:
Ww roll hxb with bacon and 1 el cheese triangle 1 syn. Pineapple fingers.

Mid morn : banana and tea with milk. 1 syn.

lunch: leftover spag bol with hxa cheese. 2 oranges.

Home early from work so celebrated with a fun size dairy milk caramel... 5 syns.

Dinner: baked sweet potato with salad and eithr home made burgers or a turkey breast. And coleslaw 10 syns.

Snacks:

Sat 7th sept

Breakie: 3 x kiwis, ww roll hxb, ham and a el cheese triangle 1 syn.

Lunch: salad (lettuce, carrot, onions, red cabbage, pickles, eggs) with bbq turkey pieces and either cous cous or low fat super noodles.

Dinner: sw chips with beans and cheese hxa. No superfree but its my sat night treat night :)

My friend is coming round 2moro night and I plan to have 16 syns worth of philea fogg crisp things. 30g of the sour cream and 30g of the bbq ones. Cant wait!!

17 syns planned for 2moro.

Change of plan for dinner. My friend thats coming round wants chinese... so im making sw chips and a mushy pea curry sauce. Gna get rice and noodles from the chinese. Thatl be my chinese.

And had 1 syn of el mayo in lunch.

Stil aving my 60g philea foggs.

Also just sneakied a wee mini caramel dairy milk 5 syns.

So thatl b 23 syns today.

Ended up not having my phileas foggs last night so saved 16 syns :)

So as of last night I was at 84/105.

Today:

Sunday 8th sept.

Breakie: bowl of weetabix minis. Didnt measure so gona guess hxb plus 10 syns. With hxa milk.

Lunch: not sure yet as I have kickboxing at 1.30. Might just have a mug shot or super noodles.

Dinner: pasta n sauce 1.5 syns with bacon and veg.
 
Change of plan... kickboxing wascancelled today so..

Lunch was pasta n sauce with ham. 1 syn.

Gna av a wee fruit platter later as too full atm.

Dinner will be turkey steaks with smash and peas. 1 syn for butter.

Had 2 choc rice cakes for 8 syns.

So thats me to my limit I think

My wee tummy has bin very dodgy allday :( havnt ate a lot since lunch, had the runs a lot :-/ and now in bed and its making gurgling noises like its possessed :(

Weigh in 2moro and im very very nervous, its * week and im very bloated and feel yucky today. Hopin itl settle before 2moro night.

2moro is a new syn week to so back to the 105 again.

Monday 9th sept.

Breakie: banana, 2 x oranges, 2 x kiwis. Tea with milk 1 syn.

Lunch: ham cous cous salad (lettuce, carrot and red cabbage)

WEIGH IN @ 5.30!! SHALL UPDATE RESULTS 2MORO.

Dinner: turkey and bacon pasta with hxa cheese and added veg. And homemade garlic bread hxb.
