So on to another 100% day, only did half a mile on tready today as i wanted to ease myself in after a week off. Nearly killed me

A very yummy day and cause i had two very big salads feels like i ate loads. Although ended up having a fight with a knife when i was making my salad and lost a chunk out my finger,
