I had a lovely fruit salad for breakfast, then had a cheese salad sandwich and ww yogurt for lunch still have about 18pp left im off to work at 4pm and wont be home til nearly 11 but not feeling very hungry??
you don't HAVE to eat, but it's RECOMMENDABLE that you do eat all of your points. That means that if you have the odd day with 22 or 23pp rather than 26 it won't kill you, especially if you feel full, but constantly eating under the recommended amount can put your body into starvation mode. That said you have a long shift today, you really should pack a dinner for yourself as you will feel hungry later on! xx (I know it's too late for today now but it might be useful for future reference )
