Doc recomends SF

Have just got back from the docs as have been having problems with my acid reflux (or so i thought....) She actually thinks i may have gallstones and have to now wait for an ultrasound to confirm this. Said my weight is likely to be a big factor in all of this (knew that anyway). Told her i was using WW and she asked how i was getting on with pro-points as she knew some who didnt like it. Said i was ok but ended up with about 12pp most days which i just used on snacks. She then suggested SF as i dont have to try and use pp for the sake of it. Seeing as ive been told to avoid snacks and fatty foods i think its not a bad idea. So will have a go with it and see how i go. Anythings got to be better than pain and vomiting :(

(considered SF in the past but felt pp was easier, now my health comes first!)
 
Hi and welcome :0) I actually find sf easier as no pp to worry about so to speak! Are you going to do a diary? Everyone is helpful 'over here' I hope sf helps with your health problems as well :0)
 
I have WW Online so will be logging foods on there but if it'll help i'll probably do it here too.

Was wondering if the WW marge is ok to use with SF and also if any brand of crumpet is ok? (im likely to use the Asda smartprice ones) Eggs too as i really enjoy poached eggs.

Im hoping the snacking will cut right down as im planning to keep my 49 for proper food. Do i have to use all of the 49 or just as many as i need?

Apologies for all the questions but im trying to get this right for my health.
 
Ask away..yup any brand of crumpet and eggs..i don't use all my weeklies and good idea to use them for proper food and no snacks.As WW marg is 0pp then I'm sure it's fine :0)

Looks good to me too, but don't forget you can have 0% fat greek yogurt freely on SF. Nothing wrong with using weeklies on yogurts but if you ever want to save them for something greek yogurt with vanilla and sweetener is lovely and great with some frozen or tinned fruit.
 
Thanks for that AP, could be useful for a no point pud too.

Just a quick note to say that although i dont post much at weekends i am behaving, honest!

Todays menu is the same as yesterdays, probably will be for a while before i get used to things more.
