Have just got back from the docs as have been having problems with my acid reflux (or so i thought....) She actually thinks i may have gallstones and have to now wait for an ultrasound to confirm this. Said my weight is likely to be a big factor in all of this (knew that anyway). Told her i was using WW and she asked how i was getting on with pro-points as she knew some who didnt like it. Said i was ok but ended up with about 12pp most days which i just used on snacks. She then suggested SF as i dont have to try and use pp for the sake of it. Seeing as ive been told to avoid snacks and fatty foods i think its not a bad idea. So will have a go with it and see how i go. Anythings got to be better than pain and vomiting
