Dodgy Tummy Help!!

Hello,

I'm sorry, I know this is probably too much information but I really need some help....

I started Exante Total Solution 2 weeks ago and although I read that it was normal to get diarrhoea for a few days I have it for 11 of the 14 days I've been on it and it's getting unbearable.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Oh dear... I've had an upset tummy a couple times but not that bad. I don't know what to suggest other than maybe exante isn't for you.. I hope someone else can reply with some advice for you! Feel better hun! x

Someone I work with had this and she said it helped not to drink water too near meal times but to have at least an hour before drinking. Don't know if that will help.

That's quite a good tip actually, I have always been told by homeopaths/herbalists etc to not drink at all half an hour before and after meals, and if I take supplements.
Well, the Exante packs are basically both combined, a meal including supplements. It's quite possible that for some people it really interferes with the digestion. So this is definitely worth a try.
