I'm on day 4 and am really struggling. I've been feeling so hungry ever since I started, the shakes make no difference what so ever! I've been reading loads of posts that say once the ketones kick in the hunger will go but the majority of people on here are saying they've had no hunger at all! I feel like I'm going insane! If it doesn't improve by the end of the first week I'm gonna have to give up I think
