Hello ladies back on plan for me too.. shoved all the leftover chocs etc to the back of the cupboard ready to take for girls nights, they can take care of them lol kept a couple back for scheduled treats
Put on so much weight over Christmas that it's got to go plus all the other I put on last year, so it's being good and plenty of water this year for me. Decided I'll go it alone without class still see what happens and if I'm not loosing once I've paid my debts off

(grr had to pay out £600 quid unexpectedly over Christmas so am starting the year off in debt already to my Mom) sign up for a course of classes and see what I'm doing wrong...
Today doing SE or Red as I can't decide what to eat for breakfast, then going to plan ahead better I think, stocked up on salad and fruit, already have a pan of free soup made, and have hard boiled eggs on the go for lunches for the next few days. Tonight I'm having chicken fillet with roasted peppers, tomatoes garlic onion and potatoes..
Just need to set up a food diary and I'm good to go..
Then hospital next week and hopefully I'll get the all clear to start exercising again, until my shoulder gets sorted I think the wii will be my best friend lol... Hopin to start running again this year too..
