Hi folks,
I'm in week 4 doing WW online. I've done really well so far;
Week 1 - 12s 4lb
Week 2 - 12s 1lb
Week 3 - 11s 11lb
Week 4 - 11s 10lb
This is first time I've done ProPoints. I did WW years ago and had good successes then.
I've subscribed to online and have the app. I've been looking at body fat monitor scales, has anyone got some? Is so, which ones and are they any good?

I am a newbie to WW. Just joined online so will be doing on my own at home. Just need to log my details in weightwatchers website but I know I have about 6 stone to lose. What are your best tips ladies for a newbie like me
