I ment my sons 18th. wish it was mine

Mine is 39 this year sept so I may have to stick to 5 syns a day during that week and then no syns on day of my birthday night out and have vodka diet coke

Cant wait going to be a fun night

Love vodka and coke or with lemon and lime. Lots dancing if music is involved ur be fine, I'm out a week sat I will be drinking vodka ad like you cut syns down that week.

That's funny I am trying that one tomorrow can't wait now, thanks. At moment I'm addicted to salmon quark pate on Melba toast with cucumber and spring onion on the top.

I made beef madras that was lovely, def just as good and better that takeaway. I've cooked it this am so by tonight all juices will marinade lovely, smells lovely. How was ur weigh in this week.

I lost 2 this week so 23 lost in total up to now.
Will try the madras another time. I'm doing tandorri chicken tonight.!

That's brilliant if I can try and loss 2lb a week I would be very happy. We had chicken tikka, jk spud and salad tonite.
