Ok so I'm hanging my head in shame today. Might of taken my celebrating a bit too far.
we had a huge portion of spaghetti Bolognaise with proper pasta and then I had 6 chocolates from my unopened box of milk tray :sigh:.

Ok so line has been drawn and I am back at it today.
so far shredded wheat, skimmed milk and sweetener for breakfast.
going to try another week with little fizzy juice. I had none last week apart from yesterday and I plan to have none apart from Saturday when my hubby and I have a Chinese. Will aim to have a chow mean so its not too bad . How many points is that again?
