I found a wholemeal bread mix that is good for making pizza bases and wrote to SW and they said it could be used as HEb. This is how to make syn free pizza.
Just made the pizza on a green day and added 28g of wafer thin ham for 1.5 syns along with red onion, mixed peppers, and sliced mushrooms. I only used 42g of mozarella as a healthy A, but did add 15g of grated parmesan for a further 1.5 syns.
I have tried every version of pizza base over the years whilst trying to lose weight. This recipe I can recomend, it tastes devine. Thank you so much for this!! I love it.
