Donna's food diaries-trying to maintain

Friday - red

Breakfast - melon, banana, strawberries and yoghurt
Lunch - mackerel salad
Tea - pork fajita mix with roast marrow and pitta (HEB)
Snacks - apple and cheese (HEA), fruit, milk in drinks (HEA), Hifi (HEB) treat size crunchy (4 syns) cadbury mallow (3 syns)

Saturday - ee

Breakfast - melon, apple, banana, strawberries and yoghurt
Lunch - jacket potato with lowlow cheese spread (HEA) bacon and mushrooms, with side salad
Tea - Pizza hut, either chilli twists with chicken (7.5 syns) and garlic bread (10 syns) or salmon pasta bake (20.5 syns)
Snacks - fruit, hifi (HEB)

Slight change to todays plan, instead of salad for lunch I'm having fried aubergine with tesco's irish stew, its cold and I fancy something warm and lazy! the rest of todays and tomorrows plan are staying the same
 
Sunday - ee

Breakfast - sausages (1 syn), bacon, beans, egg, mushrooms and tomatoes
Lunch - mackerel salad
Tea - chicken and bacon BBQ melt, with wedgies and cheese (HEA)
Snacks - fruit, hifi bar (HEB) Cadbury toffee truffle (6.5 syns)
 
Monday - red

Breakfast - apple, banana, raspberries, strawberries and yoghurt
Lunch - sausages (1 syn) scrambled egg, mushrooms and toms with wholemeal bread (HEB)
Tea - salmon, roast marrow, carrots, leeks, brocolli and sprouts
Snacks - hifi (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA) maltesers (9.5 syns)

Tuesday - ee

Breakfast - rice pudding with banana, raspberries and strawberries
Lunch - mackerel salad
Tea - thai green curry (1 syn) made with philli (HEA) served with rice
Snacks - Birthday cake 14 syns, hifi bar (HEB), fruit
 
Monday - red

It's my Birthday Tuesday and I'm going out on Sat so will have cake on Tuesday but the rest of the week (my slimming world week starts on Tuesdays) I will be having 5 syns a day, worked out I'll probably have about 66 syns... going to count 80 just in case, so I'm over for the week :/ but its one week and I'll be 100% back on plan the following week

I like your food diary, you seem to like the same kind of things as me,. but you probably don't eat as much as I do!! What is the free rice pudding you are talking about? I love rice pudding, I didn't know there was a free version??!!

I do eat quite big portions to be honest.

There are a couple of ways to make the rice pud, but how I do it is pudding rice, sweetener and vanilla essence all in a pan, topped with boiling water and then I simmer for 15 - 20 minutes until ready, unfortunately I don't weigh anything so can't give exact measurements, but you can always add more water while cooking if its needed. Once its done I add some yoghurt to make it creamy, you can use any, I've used natural yog or mullers, vanilla, coconut ect. but my favourites to use are the ww dessert style ones.



went slightly over the planned syns today for cake.... I've had at least 30....whoops... and have been told there will be cake on Thursday (I'm sort of hoping she forgets) so the rest of the week is basically damage control! might try and go syn free some days

Lunch - jacket potato with cottage cheese and prawns, side salad
Tea- fish, potatoes and veg (eating at mums so not sure what veg, but will all be slimming world friendly)
Snacks - milk in drinks (HEA) two alpen light cherry bakewells (HEB) fruit
 
Tomorrow's plan ee

Breakfast - pineapple, banana, raspberries and apple with yoghurt
Lunch - salmon, rice and salad (counting 3 syns as eating out)
Tea - beef curry and chips
Snacks - hifi (HEB) milk in drinks (HEA) may be having some cake but not sure yet, will come off my weekly syns if I do
 
Friday - Green

Breakfast - pineapple, apple, banana, strawberries and yoghurt
Lunch - beans on toast (will eat some pickled onions and cherry tomatoes while cooking) (HEB)
Tea - spicy spag bol with cheese (HEA)
Snacks - hifi (HEB) frozen muller, fruit (saving syns for Saturday)
 
Tomorrow I'm celebrating my Birthday so will be off plan from 7 pm onward

so plans a bit odd but starting the day good with


Breakfast - pineapple, banana, apple, strawberries and yoghurt
Lunch - salad with cottage cheese and prawns
 
Sunday - red

Breakfast - simply nutty muesli (HEB and HEA for milk)
Lunch - stir fried veg and prawns
Tea - BBQ'd meat with salad and roast veg
Snacks - hifi (HEB) fruit salad, crabsticks,

Monday - Green

Breakfast - simply nutty muesli (HEB and HEA)
Lunch - veg pasta with low low cheese spread (HEA)
Tea - quorn BBQ sticky fillets with wedgies and veg
Snacks - hifi (HEB) fruit salad, quorn chicken slices,

Tuesday - EE

Breakfast - pineapple, strawberries, apple, banana and yoghurt
Lunch - mackerel salad
Tea - fish curry and rice
Snacks - hifi (HEB) milk (HEA) chocolate biscuit (5 syns)

I admire you for managing to use your phone, I pop on every so often but can't talk properly as struggle with quotes ect...

I actually find it sooo much easier on the phone as quoting is really easy and it takes me right to the last unread post in each thread whereas on the website I just get lost haha! Anyway nice to pop by everyones diaries as well as the 9s thread :) x

My phone decided to save every quote I've ever clicked on everytime I try and post lol. Might try again later to see if it's fixed that problem. I'll have to have a nose to find everyones diaries as well, be great to get some idea's

Lunch - quorn chicken lasagne with salad (HEA)
Tea - beef casserole with roast potatoes (White and sweet) brocolli and green beans
Snacks - cherries, hifi (HEB) chocolate biscuit (5 syns) fruit,
 
I feel really sick after going off plan yesterday so don't want much to eat today
