Breakfast - melon, banana, strawberries and yoghurt
Lunch - mackerel salad
Tea - pork fajita mix with roast marrow and pitta (HEB)
Snacks - apple and cheese (HEA), fruit, milk in drinks (HEA), Hifi (HEB) treat size crunchy (4 syns) cadbury mallow (3 syns)
Saturday - ee
Breakfast - melon, apple, banana, strawberries and yoghurt
Lunch - jacket potato with lowlow cheese spread (HEA) bacon and mushrooms, with side salad
Tea - Pizza hut, either chilli twists with chicken (7.5 syns) and garlic bread (10 syns) or salmon pasta bake (20.5 syns)
Snacks - fruit, hifi (HEB)
Slight change to todays plan, instead of salad for lunch I'm having fried aubergine with tesco's irish stew, its cold and I fancy something warm and lazy! the rest of todays and tomorrows plan are staying the same
