it is a bit scary to change days, at first i started off only doing red days and then i tried a green day now i love them! i try to do 3 red 4 green!

I had a big (late) breakfast and as I am having chips and burgers for dinner I didn't want to over eat at lunch, I just wanted the room to get my teeth around my dinner, LOL......Thank you Henna X
Your menus look fab - I seem to be eating loads more than you - I am following to the letter but am eating about 5 pieces of fruit a day - 2 are often satsumas and loads salad as well - my councellor said to have as much as allowed to start with as otherwise there will be nothing to cut back on if the weight loss slows - I do feel like I am eating too much although I am eating till I feel full and then not eating again until I feel hungry again - well done you though on your loss - I don't have the willpower to go it alone I'm afraid - keep up the good work
