Don't know what to do!

Today is day 6 of SW for me, most days I've been at about 5-9 syns but there have been two days when I had 19, is it ok to have days when you go over even if the others are lower? x

As long as you count them you'll be fine.

Phew! That makes me feel so much better! I've been telling myself I was failing after doing it only a matter of days lol. Thank you x

That's another thing, I'm disabled so the scales don't always work as my balance is terrible, just tried and they kept turning off x
