Don't you just hate it when....

DYJHIW- new Invisalign retainers are really tight and hurting my teeth...owwww. And really hard to take out for meals so I just end up not eating.

Although...DYJLIW having to take out aligners and brush teeth every time I eat anything means snacking is virtually nonexistent and I've managed to lose 3lbs over Christmas, despite being on holidays in America!
 
when you finally brave the scales after almost a month off SW to see the result of 6lbs up :( I don't even know why i;m gutted, i knew it would be bad!!!
bring on 2013! x
 
dyjhiw you have only just got up after being a drunken mess last night

oh no! must have been a good night then? drink some lucozade sport and have one of those effervescent vitamin c tablets that helps me when i feel rough from drink. and take ibuprofen dont take aspirin cos it thins the blood which can make the effects feel worse xxxxx
 
DYJHIW - your OH and Son are having meatballs and spag for tea and you dont like them, so you decide to have some curry and rice that you made and froze last week - defrosted in microwave then cooked and yukkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

I hate re heated food its the worst meal ive had for a long time
 
DYJHIW......OK here goes......11lbs on in 2 weeks, now 11stone 10lbs

Totally deserved! I have binged for the first time since last December and been totally greedy and disgusting. I'm not proud of that but I am proud that I am not beating myself up for it and am looking forward to getting back on the wagon. It was my annual 2 week holiday with Christmas in the middle, a gain was inevitable and I had a ball :D

I'm not sure how the next 2 days will be but I bought some new work out gear in the sales and will try and reaccquaint myself with Jillian over the next 48 hours. I made the mistake of buying OH Paul Hollywood's baking book for Christmas so he's wanting to bake fresh bread every day!!

Anyway, I'm here and 10lbs from target compared to being 53lbs away like this time last year...I'll take that! And a huge thank you to you all on here for supporting me and keeping me sane through a difficult year :thankyou:

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and that 2013 brings you all you wish for yourself x x x x
 
...despite having the best motivation in the world you just can't quite get back on plan. :/
 
Take it a meal/step at a time x

The meals are ok, it's the chocolate and snacks I'm struggling with. I'm hormonal and miserable and all I want to do is eat crap and hibernate! Doesn't make for good SW days though :/ x
 
.... when you only have 2 days left off work and the OH isnt back til the 8th :rolleyes:
 
this is more of a 'don't you just wish that' ..
don't you just wish that all the fatty snacks (choc, biscuits, nuts, sweets etc) would just magically disappear..?
