Don't you just hate it when....

At the risk of tipping you over the edge Minky, I really don't know what it is!!!!!

Ha ha!! It's porridge oats soaked in yogurt over night and eaten cold. It's when it's in the breakfast thread that it's the worst, someone posts what it is, day later someone's eaten it and posted, hour later - ooh what's magic porridge? I don't know how many times I've seen the 'recipe' posted, it's crazy! Xx

:D it's nice, I like it. And you can make pancakes from it too by mixing with an egg once soaked. I believe there is a whole thread on it. You can mix and match the yogurt and different fruits too which means you save your HexA choice yet still have a filling breakfast xx
 
DYJHIW something didn't feel right when I can into my room last night, things appeared to have moved! Then this morning when I'm getting ready, I notice everything by my sink had moved too-I'm not amused! My mum has cleaners who do the kitchen an bathroom and downstairs but they're not supposed to go into the bedrooms! Don't get me wrong-I'm no ungrateful, but it's my space and I don't like people coming in here! :(
 
DYJHIW - you go to the docs for the first of your annual health checks, to be told ( all of this is according to their scales and statistics)

1.That your 9lbs heavier than you are on SW scales
2.That because of your weight your BMI is 30 and you are classed at obese ( my BMI is now 28.1)
3.That because of your family history you are at risk of a heart attack within the next 10years so try to lose some weight grrr
4. That you need to come back on Monday for a blood test to check for diabetes as your last reading was 7.3 and they like it below 5 and I should have been called back


On a good note my cholesterol is 3.69 so because its below 5 its healthy - ( She can tell I eat healthy) - does she realise what she just said in the 4 points above.

I felt great until I went in there - kill me now
