when you really want pizza (meat feast) from takeaway but dread how many syns would be!!

And SW pizza just doesn't cut it, I saw pizza on tv this eve & the base just look so yummy, not too think & not too think, mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

i know!! tried the smash base once but didnt turn out right so my closest one is on pitta bread.. just so doenst cut it!! doesnt help when hubby said get one!

Every so often I buy wholemeal chappatis & 'pretend' its a hexb, these are so yummy with garlic paste & cheese on, oh I could eat that for my supper tonight


Don't warburtons do a wholemeal sqaure which can be used for a pizza base, not too sure if it's a hexb, don't think it is, but if I remember correctly it's 6-8 syns, too many for my liking, just think of the wine I could have had instead, but maybe worth a go.

Well done for not giving in though, it's so hard sometimes especially when it's something you want real bad.

Shes doing ok ish hun ill tell her your asking after her. It was her nanas funeral on Tuesday, quite emotional. Shes also stopped going to SW classes and is now doing it from home. Ive told her ill support her any way I can. Shes having a girlie night with her mate tonight and im guessing a few cheeky drinks lol. x

gilly depending on what you need doing an epidural may be an option? Im always ill after a normal anaesthetic so last time they gave me an epidural for an operation on my foot x

I didnt really have a choice Jess as anaesthetic makes me ill - My temperature rockets and then plummets as my body goes into shock. The first time I ever had an op I woke up in one of those tin foil blanket thingys as I couldnt stop shaking - I opened my eyes and thought id died lol.

I had the epidural and it didnt work properly in time for my theatre slot so they still had to give me a small top up anaesthetic to knock me out lol
