If you ordered a bigger size would it look baggy around the rest of the dress? I'm not saying the dress is too small, but generally would it look ok or too big/wrong.

BTW been to TK Max with my daughter tonight & she had the same problem with a lovely dress she tried on.

I reckon it would be too big, it's a bandage dress so it's meant to be tight fitting. Plus I refuse to buy a bigger size (I know that's stupid). I'm literally in such a strop about it, I know I'm acting like a child but can't help it. Grrr. Just makes you think what's the point.

Hmmmmmmmm I know what you mean about a bigger size, could you get a similar look with a skirt & top, then at least you can buy two sizes. It won't be exactly the look you are going for but maybe a compromise?
