I have been a lurker on here for quite some time but have never actually posted anything!
Up until last year I had lost nearly 4 stone on slimming world but over the past 12 months or so I have been 'playing' at it and have gained and lost the same 1/2 stone. I figure if I post my food diary / thoughts on here then I would have to take responsibility and get my bottom into gear. I would be happy to get to 12 stone, which technically is still too much for my height, but I feel that I would be happy at that weight. The lowest weight I got to last year was 12st 6.
Any advice gratefully received. Hopefully I will keep up this diary to keep me on the right track. I think this is a fantastic website and i have used many recipies from this site, as well as using many of the tips and help.

Water 2 Litres / Coffee (Milk HEA)
