Down 34 lbs want to loose another 36lbs by the end of the year 2017 to get to 274 lbs

I have lost 3 stone 3 times on SW

THIS last 3 months i have been flapping about.

On fri i was 316 or 22.8 lbs, so had lost 34lbs I NEED to get back on track.

I will update weekly.

FX i can be down to 310 lbs on fri
