i just got some WW carrot cake and was surprised it was in the limit yummy. need to have a good shop around for WW desserts as got that "time of the month" coming up and always crave sweet things then
I'm same with the protein and sometimes the carbs, but i know some people dont count calories, protein or carbs so i'm not completely worried just yet!!
i tend to watch the calories to a degree but not really paid much attention to carbs and protein until noticed that last 2 days i have gone over it by a far bit. think its all the pasta been eating
Its not easy to watch everything though is it. i have always been pretty ok with the calories like you its the protein and carbs.. Cant get everything right were only human!! hey sall are you on fb?
