Dukan Books

Hi can anyone tell me what the benefits / differences are in buying the different books on offer.

I have the White cover book that just says The Dukan Diet.

But am intersted in buying a recipe book...these are the ones I am looking at.

This is the new one due out I think.

which have you got and what do you recommend.

I borrowed the life plan from my local library - would highly recommend it, I have the white old book and have looked at the recipe book (didn't like the latter, the former is ok for reference) but the life plan is lovely nice pictures

worth checking to see which your local library holds - in Sheffield we've an online catalogue we can check and reserve books on money saving to borrow them first and then see if you want to buy.

I'm a sucker for nice pictures and a good layout

does your local library service offer any online services? x

Lotto's right about the LIfe Plan - it's nicely laid out and great for referring back to.

I've got the turquoise recipe book - loadsa great stuff in there. It's gathering dust on my bookshelf, so if you care to PM me your address, I'll post it up, sweet pea.

Lotto, not seen Charleys diary in full, so won't have seen this. Thanks for info. Yes our library has that service, its the only way I choose my books as I read full authors and order them....limited on what they have though.

I'm keeping the lifeplan until someone puts a reservation on it ...seen a VERY nice looking cake in it bit labour intensive for me but needs most definitely MUST! x
