Been thinking about the whole concept of emotional eating and comfort food and how that has changed since I've been following the Dukan diet. The triggers have definitely decreased and I make different choices now that seem more satisfying. Some of my favorites to eat when I am feeling down;

- Oat bran porridge
- Roasted chicken bites
- Raw veggies with a dill/garlic dip
- Chicken and vegetable soup
- Curried chicken
- Grilled steak bites
