OK!! have a had a strong word with myself today after going out for a meal last night, why do i do this to myself!??? OK i had triple chicken platter from the Harvester and a bit of garlic bread no chips and loads of salad from the salad bar.

Been on the Dukan site got an update so im going to start afresh today and see how we go. Weigh in today at 13 5. Dr D recommends 6 days attack to lose 5lbs.

NO BAKING!!!!!!!! til Christmas week and ive told hubby to put the tin of chocolates the MIL sent up, away for christmas and the box of Thorntons that he won at the camera club raffle, the temptation has been just too much lately. Work has been so stressful at the moment there are so many changes and uncertainty in the team, morale is rock bottom, and they want to go out for a meal and drinks to improve morale, just what i need at the mo!!....not.

muffins for breakfast with fromage frain and rhubarb
salmon for lunch with prawns and mussels
chicken for tea

Thats the plan!!

Been out today started chrimbo shopping and got a few things for my up and coming birthday hubby didnt know what to get me so i picked my own, Plastics been hammered today lol

I feel like i have walked miles today feet are killing me, but i have been so good today, nothing eaten that hasnt been planned, so far so good although i did find some galaxy in the cupboard, took a deep breath closed the cupboard and had a muffin!! If i had eaten it it would have been all over for today, one day at a time, one meal at a time even. xx

Collette, you have to know that you can't afford to waver even once. It's like the Alan Carr principle on giving up smoking - one cigarette is the start of a chain. I don't mean that, it you falter once you might as well forget the plan altogether. But don't imagine that one small 'cheat' can exist on its own. We all totally want you to succeed at this but you have to be 100% strong. xx
 
I know Sara in my head I know what I have to do, just occasionally my head doesn't engage my mouth and things slip by. But I have been 100% yesterday and today even resisted sweets at the cinema this afternoon stuck with a diet coke. Strawberry poppyseed and choc muffins baked for the next few days, downloaded another dukan recipe app looks quite good too. I really have to Stick to this hubby is helping by cooking his own food do I have meals for the freezer that helps too if ive always got something dukan friendly on the freezer. Planner done for the next 4 days of attack. X

A fresh start C is probably what you need, refocus :) I'm taking it day by day myself x
 
Another good day today, no temptation no wanting to eat kak which is good.
B rhubarb and fromage frais
S muffins
L salmon/trout in ginger garlic and coriander, Dukan trifle
D mince and onions ff yogurt.
 
sounds like a tasty menu xxx great you dont want kak......youll love the dukan food again sounds like your ready to dukan 100%
