Thankyou girlies, im trying to be positive, as a saggitarrian im supposed to be the eternal optimist lol, well im certainly being put to the test at the moment lol.

Wedding went well this afternoon, good practice for the competition next week. The acoustics in the room were not good low ceilings and carpet just suck up the sound. x

It could be as you say your body adjusting from Dukan to having extra carbs. It should even itself out though soon so don't give up just yet, I know you are enjoying the freedom.

Oh my god Col, I've just listened to Hallelujah and it made me cry. I love listening to choirs, its always so emotional, especially when the tempo goes up. And Adeimus had my heart pounding...you all look and sound fantastic. Thank you for sharing.

My singing might be good for my soul, doesn't do much for anybody else's though! Of all the skills out there, singing is probably the one I would choose to have, given free rein. Love listening to others though, and your voice is lovely xx

In the hairdressers at the moment preparing for the competition this afternoon then out with the girlies tonight.

Off work for a week hurrah!!! Got to plan my week and pack a load of stuff in otherwise ill do nowt lol

Lost a pound this week still think that's not good but hey Rome wasn't built in a day so pound a week will do for the time being.
