He A: 250ml skimmed milk
He A: 40g lighter cheddar
He B: 35g weetabix fruit & fiber
He B: Hifi bar

Breakfast:
Activa yoghurt, melon, pineapple, blueberries, half banana with weetabix on top.

Lunch:
Grilled bacon, 2 boiled eggs, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper, onion. 30g garlic and herb roulé 4.5syns. Orange.

Snack:
Sharon fruit
Hifi mint bar.

Dinner:
Chicken breasts, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, onion cooked with garlic&chilli. 40g lighter cheese. Activia yoghurt, frozen berries, 2 mini meringue 1.5syns.
