Ok, are you a member of MyFitnessPal?
Have you worked out what you daily calorie intake actually should be and not going over it on eat days? (Can be worked out on MFP)
Are you using MFP to log absolutely everything that passes you lips every day?
Are you keeping well under one third of that figure on your fast days?
Are you leaving as much time as you can between your last proper meal on an eat day, helps if it's early, and your first little something on a fast day so it's as near to 24 hours as possible?
Is your weekly weigh day the morning after a fast day?
Are you having an eat day between your fast days?
Are you drinking plenty of water?
Sorry for the delay, I don't weigh every week!! Just 2lbs down since we started the challenge, quite happy with that though as clothes are getting looser all the time Well done to everyone else

So thats 3 weeks done and I've STS this week but it's not surprising after two big ones! Ten pounds in total, I'm pleased with that.
