I must confess I kinda feel like I'm cheating by only having approx 300 cal on my fast days, in a single meal in the form of a high protein low sugar shake. I think by having it all in one go the extended period with no food is helping to get rid of more fat, plus by having the shakes only I'm finding it easier to switch off from food on fast days. Not easy tho!

I had read online about a shake company that Michael Mosley had recommended.
 
Some people go the whole fast day and not eat a thing. I usually have a Weight Watchers in the evening, about 300 cals, and some steamed veg. I have a few Slim & Save shakes and the like left. Perhaps I should go the hog and do them instead.

I'm going to do something similar this week - I'm in Hong Kong and bought some Atkins shakes with me which are 150 cals each. Going to have 2 and an endulge bar for 520 cals. Prob do that mon, tues, thurs (JUDDD week) and next Monday , Wednesday and Thursday. Then I have a 2 week weigh in on 20th.

Fingers crossed I can recover from this weekend!
 
Foxtrot you are doing great. I seem to STS every second week. Last week I stayed the same and then I lost 2 this week. I am happy if I only see a loss every second week... As long as I keep losing :). I would obviously prefer a weekly loss but as long as the scales keeps going down I'll be happy. Your loss has been fantastic so don't lose hope... We are going to get there xox

Wow 3 lbs for me!! Whoo! Makes up for those STS. One whole stone down. :bliss: Now to watch it wobble up and down a bit as the normal days take their toll! lol

I hope you're feeling better soon Ruth. You've had some great losses Caz, I'm sure it will be good this next week.
