Easter challange 2025

2lbs loss for me this week. Very happy with that. 2lbs left to go for the last two weeks. I'm not sure what next week will be like as I will be eating more carbs while walking. Probably if I'm back to normal diet by Wednesday, it won't affect the Saturday scales. Otherwise, there is still another week to shift the last pounds.

I'm not sure exactly what I got to this week lol because I gained and then I lost and confused myself 😆 I'm 9st 9lb now and that's 3lb off from last time I updated i think. That takes me to target. Still a little while left to lose more. 9st bang on is my ultimate goal but I'd go for 8st if I was able to.

Go you! You're such a powerhouse. I saw your old diaries that you typically do keto to lose weight, are you doing the same right now?
 
Another loss for me: had hoped for a bit more, but... we all know bodies are a bit weird! 1.4lbs off for me this week. It's been slower than I wanted, but overall, I'm happy with my losses. I'm also much more toned, and looking at the breakdown on my smart scales, I'm losing fat, but also gaining muscle, which will balance out those loses, and is the ultimate goal.

Another 2lb loss for me this week which is great as I wasn't sure what all this week's walking and diet change was going to do for my losses. It also completes my Easter challenge - hurrah!!

Looking ahead to my next goals - I have 10lbs left to reach my original stated goal weight. I'd like to get there by May 17th in 5 weeks. After that I'll push to lose an extra 14lbs to get to my ideal weight. That would put me in the middle of healthy BMI. That should be by July which gets me into that bikini for summer.
