I have put 2 pounds on this week have indulged lots got to get back on track!!
Oh dear I'm sorry, I've gotten lost somewhere along the way. I started at 327lbs, I lost 8lbs before I started the challenge but am now 308lbs which is 19lbs down from my original weight... so I must have lost 11lbs in total since starting the challenge! Can you put me down for -5 this week then please? I've lost a mysterious pound!! Sorry, thanks for pointing that out!!I have a difference of opinion (or should i say that the sheet has ) according to the figures it says you have lost 10 lb when i input these you have said???

The figures i have on the full sheet are :- w/b 27th Jan 4 lb off w/b 3rd Feb 1 lb off w/b 10th Feb 3 lb off w/b 17th Feb 0 lb w/b 24th Feb 1 lb on w/b 3rd Mar 3 lb off w/b 10th Mar 2 lb on w/b 17th Mar 2 lb on w/b 24th Mar 4 lb off That does come to 10 lb in total off.
