Hi there, well I've been lurking about the calorie counting forum for a little while as I was doing weight watchers but kept binging at night. Turns out after checking calories I'd at most eat 800 ! No wonder why I'd binge!!
So I've started calorie counting yesterday at 11st3lbs & would like to get down to 9 stone. I don't do much exercise but I do a few school runs which I walk 5 times a week for 2 & a half hours a day.
I'll be doing it the MFP way and stick with 1200 calories a day.
