Hi guys! I have been doing WW since new year and it's gone great and I've lost 25lbs! But I decided to make the change and switch to slimming world!

I only just got the books this morning so I'm still trying to understand it all! I can't seem to get pointing out my head lol

I'm going to finish my last day on ww today and start tomorrow!

So I will have lots of questions I'm sure and I'll need the support!
 
I prefer slimming world a lot more I think you will enjoy it!
Theres always someone to help you with questions on here is what i've learnt. Good luck! happy slimming :)
 
Okay so I'm being prepared! Please please please correct me I it looks wrong! It's all a bit confusing!

Breakfast - 28g oats (HEXB) semi skimmed milk(HEXA) blueberries, jam (1 syn), banana
Lunch - lettuce, lean ham, half pouch uncle bens vegetable rice (2 syn)
Dinner - wholemeal pasta, courgette, onion, tomato, garlic, chicken breast, peppers

Snacks-
fat free yoghurt/strawberries
Squares cereal bar (7.5 syns)
Apple
1 pack chilli velvet crunch 4syns

Total syns =14.5

I am gonna do my food shop Sunday! So trying to use what I have for this weekend :)

I think my healthy extra A will be milk every day! Which is annoying as I think tea and coffee black! But I need it for cereal!

Do people carry unused syns over?
 
That day sounds great nothing to fault!

No cheats!
Just about to stick dinner on! Then I'll plan tomorrow's food :)!
 
Breakfast - porridge (HEXB) milk (HEXA)
Snack - apple
Lunch - chicken, noodle salad with sweet chilli sauce (2syns)
Snack - fruit salad, less than 1% fat mugshot
Dinner - 2 sausages (10 syns) potato wedges, mushy peas
Snack - ww yogurt

Syns - 12

And my shoulder pain has disappeard so back in the gym tomorrow woop!
WI tomorrow! 5 days ww and 2 days SW! And TOTM, hardly any exercise! Not expecting much lol

And I have added a photo to track progress in some too tight jeans lol! Looking better at -25lbs but still overweight!

Organisation at its best! Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday lunch! I have to be organised as I get lazy after gym in evenings!

Okay so after no exercise! Eating all my weeklies on ww in 5 days and starting SW for two days! And TOTM! I still managed to lose 0.6lbs lol!
I was expecting a gain so I'm over the moon!

Okay so even though I've done SW for 2 days this is my first full week! My starting weight for SW is
180.8lbs

And I'll also add.......weighed myself this morning! And I weighed 1.4lbs less than mon morning! TOTM bloating p's me off!

Needed the wine! Gonna try have a syn free day tomorrow so I have enough left for the weekend!

Dinner - tuna steak, homemade chips, peas, cottage cheese. Extra Virgin olive oil 1 syn

No HEXA today - I never had cereal (so no milk) and I don't like cheese much
