EE - size 12 here i come......

I've decided I'm gonna switch WI days! I'm sick of Monday WI! Makes me paranoid all weekend that I'll gain if I have too much food lol!

I'm switching to Thursday with 45syns for mon tue wed! Although I do know I've lost 1.5 this week already lol!

I was the same. I have mine on Saturday morning. Can eat loads on the weekend of carby free food and know tht the food weight will be gone by the Saturday. It's nice to have a treat on the weekend without worrying about the scales isn't it!! Well done on.the loss

Cheers Hun! Yeah I hate feeling guilty for eating large amounts of food even if it is healthy! Like I eat out at weekend! Then I'm good all week at work! It all works out the same in the end!
 
Day 7

Breakfast - toast (HEXB) cheese (HEXA) milk (2syns) tomatoes, yogurt
Lunch- mugshot, apple, crisp (4.5syns)
Dinner - 2 x ww sausage (2 syns) potato, peas, olive oil (1syn)

Syns remaining = 0
Exercise = 30 day shred day 12
Total exercise this week = 7 hours 25mins
 
Monday

Breakfast - Porridge (HEXB) Milk (HEXA) banana
Lunch - Omelette, onion, tomato with lettuce
Snack - 1/4 Easter Egg (10Syns :( )
Snack - Apple
Dinner - Tesco Light Choices Beef Lasagne Frozen (5syns) + Peas + wedges (1syn)
Snack - Fat free yogurt

Exercise =
30 day shread (25mins)

Syns = 16

It feels so much of a waste 10 syns on chocolate

Tuesday

Breakfast - cereal (HEXB) milk (HEXA)
Snack - alpen bar (3syns)
Lunch - pasta/tuna/veg/veg/lots of veg/tomato
Snack - banana, flake (7syns), chicken raiders (2.5syns)
Dinner - chicken/noodles/veg sauce (5syns)
Snack - fat free yogurt

Syns used = 17.5

Exercise
60 min Zumba class
15 mins cross trainer
25 mins shred
=1 hour 40mins

Switched weigh in days so allowed myself 45 syns for these 3 days!
11.5 left for tomorrow

Lunch - turkey, salad, cheese (HEXA) breadl (HEXB +3 syns)
Snack - snack a jacks (4.5 syns) ww cookies (4syns) apple banana
Dinner- chicken in tomato/basil sauce (2syns) with veg and a few new potatoes
Snack - natural yogurt (thought it was fat free util I read the packet after - lesson learned 9 syns)

Syns used 22.5
Remaining this week 82.5

20 mins cross trainer
20 mid (30 day shred)
10 min free weights

+ 1 hour exercise

Okay......so this is my worst day since starting SW! 22.5 syns is a disappointment!

Dinner - 2 salmon fishcakes (7syns) carrot swede mash ( shop bought 6 syns) salad and peas
Snack - oh no half an eater egg (24 syns)

Syns remaining = 45.5
Looks like I'm having a syn free weekend

Okay so this is the first syn free day of 2! I'm gonna add my food as I go.

Breakfast - toast (40g brown bread HEXB), mushrooms, egg, spring onion

Slimming world smash pizza with chicken mushroom and spring onion. Taste okay in a desperate kind of way! Gave some to my other half and he wasn't impressed!

Anyway I had this with salad

Early dinner as I'm going to a friends!

I made slimming world diet coke chicken! I made the sauce with chicken/onion/mushroom.I had it with vegetables (carrot/ peas)

I forgot to take a photo of it in the plate! Here is a photo of the left overs!

Plan for day 4

Breakfast - my first cooked breakfast this year, I have:
2 weight watchers sausages (1syn)
Egg
Mushrooms
Beans
1 slice bacon (fat trimmed)
Cup of tea (milk is half HEXA)

Lunch - slice toast (HEXB) with philidelphia (half HEXA)

Snack - fruit salad - grape, apple, banana with natural yogurt

Dinner - 70g dried pasta! Meatballs (made a few weeks ago before starting SW but as I was doing ww I know exactly what is in it) I only had to syn the meatballs (8 syns)

Syns used 9
Syns remaining = 54-9=45
Woop back on track 15 each for 3 days

Exercise - 60 mins bike
20 min shred
Gardening
 
Doesn't look too healthy! But used hardly any fry lite, low cal sausages! I had 1 slice of bacon and cut the fat off! And he munched 2 slices brown bread! I had no bread!

We shared a tin of baked beans between us! Mmm yummy! Stuffed!

Decision made for me!

I've given SW a go for 2 weeks! And not lost any weight!
Gonna go back to WW as I have the stuff...and my weight loss was constant!

I wanted to do SW as it seemed to be a better option for me! But maybe my portion control is too big?

Anyway last post!
