I reduced the quantities again, I didn't want to use that much cornflour as its unfriendly for me, stalls my weight, so I reduced it down to just 1 teaspoon of cornflour but added a second egg, cooked the same way and still gave me the same texture and a little bit more of it.
tried tonight without cornflour and two tablespoons of milk powder instead. It gave me a cheesecakey type of thing instead, I let it go totaly cold and this was quite thick. I will be doing it again.
