well its sunny today... just about to get dressed (lazy sod) and get the horses in for feeding and a bit work... need to trot out the yearling... had hubby chasing her from behind at the weekend LOL so not sure how i will get on today with no-one here. Lunge the 3 year old. and hopefully have enough energy left to ride my boy.

Hope you had enough energy to do the horses without wanting to die Ellie and have now made friends with the ago again!!!! Weather at the spa rainy too but not affecting me atm!!!! Scared to ring home in case they are flooded - know they will play safe with the horses!! Just seen my friend Sophie who hasn't seen me since October last year - she is the one that told me about Dukan - she thinks I look amazing!!!! That was nice!!! Having a really lazy time at the spa - not doing any exercise just enjoying the break!!! Got a hot stone massage in 40 mins then gonna drive over to see Mum and Ben for a bit - he was a bit stir crazy when I saw him this morning - defo needs some time outside - may take a walk into town in the rain with him - do us both some good I think!!!

well during the night i woke up in a sweat feeling sick and dizzy....ended up spending half the night on the bathroom floor everytime i tried to go back to bed the room started spinning ...not a nice feeling. starting to feel a bit better now so just had porridge & a coffee....thank goodness hubby is back later today

Lordy that doesn't sound good Ellie - hope you feel better! Get some Dukan food down you and rest for a bit - relax and don't try to do too much!! Everything can wait! x

unfortunately I had to go out and get the horses in this morning as vet coming today to do booster jabs... start the wee ones vacs and swab the mare thats going to stud... thankfully i wasnt so dizzy when outside and sat down in between each one coming in.... just waiting on vet now

Oh no - trust it to be today when you really could do without it - hope they at least all behave themselves and the vet gives you something to make you feel better!!!LOL!

similar bug going around college had quite a few students off for just one day with the exact same symptoms hope your feeling better by now Ellie..........

a bit better thanks chris .... just a bit lightheaded now .... hubby on his way home to look after me ha !! in otherwords he will come in and say i look ok and to get the grass finished

Well said vet didn't shoot you then!!!! Glad you are feeling a bit better - you had better head to the docs if you don't feel better soon Ellie as might need something to help you get over it! Any nice plans to look forward to for the weekend???? I have just found out our first show (Bank Holiday Monday) has been cancelled but also mixed it up with another show so we would have been 10 miles down the road wondering why no one was there and missing it completely 150 miles away!!! LOLOLOL! That would have pleased the boss!!! Hopefully I would have worked it out when I got the paperwork out!!!! Hilarious - I can be sooooo blond at times! Fingers crossed for a better night Ellie! Hope hubby is looking after you!

no he didnt shoot me lol.... first time using the new practice and hes the only equine vet in the practice and he seems good... had a chat about stud work etc and he was telling me they do AI etc which is good to know for future. he has a good way with the horses so that suits me fine. the best behaved one was the baby... she was so good and gave the vet a kiss .... cant say i blame her her older sister was her usual Diva self and her mother was her usuall OMG its a man vet LOL ... all done though and swabs done too so get results next week then off to stud she goes

im feeling better today... still got a fuzzy head but not dizzy so thats a bonus. didnt eat that much yesterday but at least i managed something

Well done Ellie - good food day indeed - glad you are feeling a bit better.. Looks like this blimmin rain is gonna hang around - driving me nuts!!!! Fields getting v v muddy after a full winter of keeping them half decent - annoying.com!!! Good luck for weigh in on Sat - think it should be 'the one'!!! Exciting!! xx
