Today’s food

Breakfast - 3 quorn sausages (3) scrambled egg, mushrooms , iced coffee (hexa)

Lunch - cheese, ham, cucumber and pickle(1) wrap (hexb + hexa) tea (1)

Dinner - chicken in black bean sauce (8) made my own sw chips, cherry juice (2)

Syns - 15
 
Today’s food

Breakfast - 3 quorn sausages (3) eggs, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms , banana, cherry juice (4)

Lunch - homemade chicken chow mien (chicken, noodles, onion, peppers, mangetout, cup of tea (1)

Dinner - mixed grill (2 x Cumberland sausages (2) steak, chicken, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, peas, cucumber) SW cheesy chips (HEXA) mustard (1)

Supper - staying up late tonight to watch the super bowl.. so I plan on having a cheese and ham toastie (HEXB + HEXA) tangerines, maybe some SW chips for a snack... depending how long I can stay awake! Lol... maybe have some quorn nuggets too.

Breakfast - SW pancakes (HEXB) (3 syns for syrup) coffee (1/2 HEXA)

Lunch - Heinz low sugar tomato soup (2.5) banana, orange

Dinner - steak and sausages (3) cheesy chips (HEXA) with broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, sweet corn. mustard (1)

Supper - tea (1/2 HEXA)
 
Hi from Leeds! Pleased to say I’ve been on plan all day 😊 it’s been hard 🥴 but I’ve somehow managed it! I can’t believe it Lol... Here is today’s food...


Breakfast- 3 Cumberland sausages (3) scrambled egg

Lunch - a huge ham salad bowl, marmite rice cake (1.5) Costa small latte with skimmed milk - part HEXA??? Unsure how to syn this? I’ll say 3 to be safe....

Dinner - Nando’s - butterfly chicken (3) spicy rice (2) corn on the cob, Diet Coke

Supper (hotel snacks lol) - chicken pieces, 2 x Alpen lights (HEXB) 2 x cheese strings (HEXA) strawberries, some grapes .... the joys of healthy eating on the go lol...

Syns - 10.5... and I’m under for my syns... unlike at home lol
 
Today’s food!

Breakfast - 2 x Alpen lights (HEXB) skimmed milk latte from costa.. still don’t know how to syn this... will use it as my HEXA because I got a small. And add 1 syn in case I’m a bit over.

Lunch - was travelling on a coach for 2 1/2 hours so picked up some grapes, tangerine and a banana

Dinner - chicken in black bean sauce with boiled rice (8)

Supper - 66g peanut butter ice cream (4) glass of milk (HEXA)

Morning, i realised this morning that I won’t be able to weigh myself tomorrow (official weigh in day) as I’m away from home in the morning, so had to bring my weigh in day forward to this morning, which was 1lb off. I’m a bit disappointed as I’ve tried hard this week especially with sticking to it even when I was in Leeds, but star week is looming so I’m putting it down to that. I’m happy with a loss either way I guess. It does mean that i got my half a stone award though!! 😍❤️

Here is today’s food plan.

Breakfast - porridge (HEXB) milk (HEXA) Jam (1)

Lunch - spicy chicken pasta, 3 baby bel light (HEXA) pear, banana

Dinner - tandoori chicken kebabs, Homemade peri peri chips, salad

Evening, not been feeling great today. My period is looming and it’s really effecting my mood 😔🥴
Hoping a good night sleep will help me.

Anyway, here is today’s food


Breakfast- a huge fruit salad (strawberries, mango, grapes, blueberries, apple, banana) Alpen light (3.5)

Lunch - spicy chicken sandwich (HEXB) cream soda (1.5)

Dinner - Mac and cheese (Pasta, 2 HEXA cheese, putting some SW butternut sausages in, broccoli, tomatoes, onion, mushroom ) I need some comfort food ❤️

Supper - unsure yet but will update
 
Morning! I tried on a skirt I bought back in November this morning, when I bought it, it was super tight... but this morning it’s actually too big!! 😟 I’m so happy and sad at the same time as it’s a lovely skirt, lol.. great NSV 🥰

Evening 😊 been a busy one today, only just managing to get on here!

Breakfast - 3 x Sainsbury’s bgty sausages (3) mushrooms, scrambled egg

Lunch - KFC veggie rice box (4)
2 x rice cakes (4)

Dinner - homemade beef stew (extra lean beef, carrots, swede, onion, parsnip, spinach)

Supper - toast (HEXB + 2 syns for butter) strawberries

Will probably have a glass of milk before bed for my hexas today x
 
Morning.. my period finally came this morning. I hope it doesn’t effect my weigh in on Friday 😔 also looking at my calendar, I’m due on right in the middle of our Amsterdam trip 😫 I suffer quite bad with pains too so I’m looking on a period delay pill, but it says you can’t take any if your BMI is over 30? Seems so silly!
Anyway. Here is today’s food. Will be a proper comfort food day today.

Breakfast - SW fry up (eggs, bacon, 2 x sausages (2) tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, beans) tea (1/2 hexa)

Lunch - leftover beef stew, 2 WW ginger and lemon biscuits (4) tea (1/2 hexa)

Dinner - 6 quorn nuggets (3) sausage (1) homemade chips, veggie rice (from a pack because I can’t be bothered today lol - 2.5 syns) broccoli, tomatoes and mushrooms

Supper - might send my OH for some strawberries to snack on because they help me with period pain usually. And will have a hot choc (2) to use up my second HEXA.

Syns - 14.5
 
I’ve been so off plan today 😔 I’m so annoyed with myself. My period is throwing me off, be straight back on tomorrow. Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow though!
 
Hi. *comes back in red faced* I’ve been off plan for 2 days. I feel really bad about it too. I planned to have Valentine’s Day off plan anyway so that would’ve happened regardless. But not Wednesday. Back on it today. Scales are up 1lb 🥴

Lunch - A huge fruit salad (needed especially after my antics the last 2 days) spinach omelette, soup (2.5)

Dinner - tuna jacket potatoes (4) with salad, glass of milk (2 HEXA) yogurt (2)

Supper - 7 quorn nuggets (3.5)

Dinner - homemade cottage pie (sooo much superfree in this, carrots, sprouts, tinned tomatoes, passatta, onion, garlic) with peas , 2 x HEXA cheese

Supper - toast (HEXB + 2 syns for butter)

Sooo a little update on how things are going. In my 4th week of SW now and have lost 7lbs which isn’t much in comparison to some people but I’m happy with it. Slow and steady wins the race and all that jazz lol. I’m off to Amsterdam 3 weeks tomorrow, and my goal was to be well into the 15 stone bracket by then, which is STILL possible!! Depending on what my losses are like, but even 1-2lbs a week would put me around 15st9/10 ish which I’d be ecstatic at! But I’m not going to stress about it. If it happens it happens.

I’m happy with how SW is going this time around, I’m trying not to think of it as a “diet” and more of me just eating better which I think is helping me stick to it😊😊 xxx
