Weekend was bit of a disaster - family gathering including wine and choco fudge cake - cant even imagine syns so am starting a fresh in the week.
As am maintaining seem to be getting away with naughty weekends if im good all week :p

You have got the wrong weights for breakfast cereals - they are now 35gms mostly - porridge and bran flakes are.
