Hey there, well I keep flitting between diets (naughty I know...) but now I have decided to calorie count, I was doing JUDDD and before that WW but with WW I was hungry at all times and with JUDDD I couldn't do the down days and exercise together. At least with calorie count I'll be eating properly every day.

I've worked out I should be on 1500 calories a day as I walk 4 miles+ every day and I'll be doing the 30DS and one of Shaun Ts (Insanity bloke) workouts called Hip Hop Abs.

I would like to get into the healthy range of my BMI but I'd be happy with whatever number will be on the scales when I'm a size 6/8 or a 8/10. I'm currently a 10/12.
 
So yesterday was quite easy to eat my calories but today I've hardly ate :/ Just not been hungry and just been bloated past few days - think I need a visit in dulcolax though that makes me worse lol.

Yesterday I did the 30DS and will repeat it tonight. Though one thing I was wondering, I've put my calories as I exercise every day and walk 5days out of 7, but if I dont do the exercise one evening do I still have the same amount of calories? Or do I just stick to 1200? xxx
