Afternoon everyone, finally we have a little bit of sunshine in not so sunny Cumbria! I'm off to town soon to get a few bits, then off to visit my Grandad
Last night was bloomin great! It was strange because even though we hadn't seen each for 5 years it felt as though we were never apart
I stuck to diet coke and still managed to have loads of laughs and enjoy myself. Definitely need to catch up with old friends more often.
Today however, I'm feeling even more bloated. I don't know why?! I've upped my water intake, so now I'm thinking I need to cut the carbs out, will this help? Today I've got a carb free day, so I'm not 100% sure if I can class this as a Red day? Can any Red day gurus out there help me out please? Will I be able to have another HExB?
Breakfast:
Raspberries, banana, WW vanilla yogurt & green tea
Dinner:
2 egg omelette with ham & salad (Lettuce, cucumber, red onion, tomatoe & spring onions)
Tea:
Homemade Babybel burgers (Mince, onion, salt, pepper & Babybel light (Part HExA)) in a 60g wholemeal roll (HExB) with salad (Lettuce, cucumber, red onion, tomato & spring onion)
Evening snack:
Lemon greek style yogurt with sliced banana
HExA - 3x Babybel light
HExB - 60g Wholemeal roll
