Emma's Baby weight has got to go

Wow well done em x i saw 11st 12lb before my jols in august n since all ive dun is put on n lose the same lbs! Im bloody 12st9! Now really need a gud kick up the butt its only 5week till crimbo n i would love to b 12st by then x

I couldn't tell you when I was last this size......early teens, I don't think I've ever seen these numbers on the scales.....I'm sure I was bigger when I started worrying about what was on the scales........I'm a comfortable size 14 on top and on the bottom, My boobs have gone from 44G to 36D (re measured yesterday)
I bet if you put your mind to it Emma, you could get those 9lbs off in time for the festive period

Im back on slimming world from Thursday when I've been weighed! Will i ever stick with it and get it off? I hope so, I've even told my mum about you Emma, and how brill you have done to try and inspire her too :)

my mum was inspired by me too, shes lost over a stone and dropped 3 sizes......she just made healthy food choices rather than following sw
 
Yeah and she's going to try her best from Thursday too, i told her, you just did it, stuck to it and got back on plan whenever you did stray, that's what i need to do instead of looking at other diets when I've been bad because then i get nowhere. Thanks for being an inspiration :) x
 
OMG sarah, believe me I've had times when I could have given it all up, I've cheated and paid the price with a gain or a sts but I didn't put this weight in a day or a week or a month and I know it will take time to get it off............Its not a race to the finish line, its a journey of discovery............for the first time EVER, I like the way I look, I don't avoid mirrors or cameras, I am happy being me
 
My eldest has been off school for nearly two weeks and in that time I have done little to no exercising, I just dont have the time, not even for a 30 mins workout. Between her and her baby sister, I'm lucky if I have time to brush my teeth or use the loo..................
I've no planned any meals and we have literally lived on whatever I have thrown together................. thats not good
I guess part of it is not being so concerned about reaching a target because...........well I already reached it soooooooooooooooo
I've decided to set myself a new target.
I weigh in on Sunday, that will give me a good idea of what my new starting weight is and where I want to be and by when

I seem to work better when I have mini targets to reach and a final goal and deadline
I'm gonna spend the next few days coming up with a few little mini goals/targets to get my head back in the game and then its full steam ahead on Sunday
 
Just had a look at the calendar for the next 1.5 months and I am going to find it very hard to keep consistency with my weigh ins.......I wont always be home when I should be weighing in, so I may have to consider changing my weigh in day, either one forward or one day back
 
changing my weigh in day to Saturday for the christmas period (at least) so I'll be weighing in tomorrow morning and setting a new target
 
It's Weigh In Day

Its the Start of a new weigh in and a new target

weighed in this morning and I've lost a massive 2lbs this week, so I am now 11st 11.5lbs
need just 1.5lbs to reach my 4 stone award


Have decided to set my New target at 10st 10lbs.............purely because it will mean I have lost a MASSIVE 5 STONE and thats a nice round number
I will be quite happy to be between 10st 10lbs and 11st exactly...........feels right for me now
so I am working on some new goals (must remember to update my signature lol)

so here goes..............what do I want to achieve

Lose 4 stone
complete Jillian Micheals Body Revolution
get into a size 12
Lose 4.5 stone by New years
Fit in my Rocky horror costume with no lumps or bumps
Complete Jillian Micheal's Ripped in 30 workout
Lose 5 stone by Feb (my birthday)
Have a photo taken on my 34th Bday that I can be proud of
Maintain a healthy weight

well I went out to Frankie and Benny's with my fiance for his birthday and ate my weight in pizza lol
then there was 2 birthday cakes.............one for him and then one for my mum on sunday............
weigh in this week should be interesting

Would really like 1.5lbs off this week so I have lost 4st.............especially as I have a big family christmas dinner at a pub thingy on the 1st.....more food !!!

Still exercising, have just started workout 11/12 of the body revolution, will be doing this for 3 more weeks and then I will have finished my 90 days !!!! that went really quickly
Will dip in and out of other Jillian things until January when I will be starting the RIPPED in 30 dvd............ I know my abs are in there somewhere and they are emerging now with the weight loss and I'd like them to look their best lol
 
My sin this week and for the last two weeks has been, not eating enough. I've been so busy looking after my poorly girls and my poorly self that food has been a bit of a second thought, grabbing as and when rather than my usual 3 meals and snacks.
I have made good choices and made sure to eat a proper meal every night. Really need to get back to my eating best so really gonna sit down and plan all my meals for next week, breakfast lunch and dinners
Saturday is another meal out but I am sure I can do some damage limitations before then
 
Emma you are a machine! Awesome diary and weight loss results. Have decided to do slimming world as was getting so bored with low carbing and part of what I like about SW is the calculating and juggling of the food- it's like a maths problem I have to make add up by the end of the day. Also love pasta and chocolate!! I don't think I'll start my own diary as I don't like weighing regularly but will read along yours with interest. I too have children, a 3 year old and a 3 month old and you have shown me that kiddiwinks notwithstanding it can be done- so thank you! X

LOL Hatti, Machine !!! well I do try lol. Thanks for the comments on my Diary, its been a long time in the making now and its all here, the good and the bad days and the ones in between
I have tried other diets in the past, the meal replacement things where you buy the crap and make the crap and DRINK the crap but as soon as you return to normal food, the weight comes back on
never had the head for calorie counting so SW worked well for me, My youngest eats what I eat which made weaning easy

A friend reccomended I go to New Look and try on a Bodycon dress, now I've never even been in the skinny section of New Look (always been in the Inspire section 18+ sizes) so I didn't know what a Bodycon dress was......she thought it was about time I showed off my new figure with something a bit more hugging........ended up trying on several different designs
