Emma's Baby weight has got to go

breakfast : banana
lunch: Jacket potato and beans from Asda (yucky pooooos)
dinner: SW wedges (seasoned with BBQ spices from my new grinder) Wholemeal Pitta pizza (asda chosen for you pitta HEX B) topped with RF cheddar (hex a), passata n Ham chunks (hex b)
dessert: syn free pancakes, Ice cream (3 syns) topped with warm choccy philly( 4.5 syns)

5 Mikados (2.5 syns)

Total Syns: 10 syns

One egg per pancake

I make 3 usually, one for me, my fella and my daughter

Separate the egg whites into one bowl and the Yolks into another
Add 3 Tablespoons of sweetener (or to taste) and add it to the bowl of white, whisk with a hand whisk til slightly fluffy
Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of Vanilla essence to the yolks and whisk together
Fold the yolk mixture into the whites and then add small amounts at a time to a frying pan (sprayed with frylight)
Turn carefully as they are very fragile

Top off with yoghurt and fruit or in my case Asda Smartprice Ice cream (3 syns per 100ml equivalent to about 4 small scoops) and top with warm Choccy philly (remove foil top from small tub of philly and place in a microwave for 15-20 secs)

Yum

Yum,yum, yum. Will def be trying these.x

Let me know how you get on with them Lucy.............. I promise they are worth the trouble to make

Contemplating Chicken breasts filled with Primula light cheese and wrapped in bacon for dinner.....That would make today a RED DAY.............Hmmmmm been awhile since I had one of those lol
Make a nice change

I love putting light Philly garlic and herb in the chicken. It's lush.x

Isn't it just..............Other half isn't a Philly fan so it will be Light Primula cheese tonight, which is also very yummy

Been on a red day today but find it a lot harder to come up with ideas for food. When I'm on Green I can grab a mugshot or some pasta or rice but today all I could think of were eggy things.............I guess I'm a green girl at heart lol

Aero choc dessert is that the aero mouse yoghurts things.

These were in a sachet like a hot option drink
You make them up with milk and whisk 'em up and then chill them in the fridge for 35mins
2 portions per sachet (37p in asda)

Hey Lucy, I'm good Thanks. Weekends are always harder for me to stay on plan as my mother is a demon with a kitchen full of norty treats
Been to visit the folks today with my daughters and every Sunday I take my eldest to her Activities (She's Autistic and belongs to a special sport club) so there's no lie in and I am reduced to trying to find a healthy option on the cafe menu

Just one more week till I go away on holiday and my weigh in is on Monday.......Just need 2lbs loss and I reach my original goal to lose a stone before my hols............pray for me lol

God I know weekends are always a nightmare. In the week I suppose your busy and have the same routine every day and on the weekend I love to eat nice food not boring day to day stuff. That's lovely for your daughter to be able to go to her special sports club. You must be very busy.

Go for jacket potatoe every time as most cafe do that.x

Gosh only one more week til your hols. 6 weeks for me. I can't wait. You can def get a 2 this week. Good luck hunny.x

I pretty much eat the same kind of breakfasts and Lunches (depending on how much time 3 month old Caitlin allows me for food)

I always find Saturday and Sunday difficult because with everyone home for the weekend, I don't have much time on my hands to plan and then we are here there and everywhere and sometimes I end up with time getting away from me and nothing but a Mugshot for dinner............followed by jelly and mikados

Which is pretty much what I think will happen tonight............shocking I know
