Emma's diary- a new start

Thank you everyone. Its week 2 I always have a problem with and ruin - so trying not think of it as the second week. Hope your all having a good day.
 
Have just been reading through my old diaries on here from when I first joined the site in 2008 - Its a bit depressing really to be weighting more than when I started back then 3 yrs ago and at one point I had lost 3 and a half stone with CD.

Anyway back to now - I have had a good week so far. Have been struggling to eat all my points - I have 47 points a day which is a lot and I feel that I am constantly eating just to get through them - ive not eaten any of the weekly points yet. Although it seems to be working - had a sneaky peek at the scales this morning and they are going down so am going to stick with what I am doing for now.
 
I went swimming today for the frist time in months. It took me a few lengths to get into it but I really enjoyed it. In the end I swam 30 lengths - so happy about that. Am going to go again on Friday. Im starting to feel tired now though - although I can't go to sleep as working till half midnight - looks like im going to be on the coffee all night lol :)
 
Have had another good day - went swimming again and swam 32 lengths. Have to say I have knackered myself out haha. Its going to be a long night at work!!

Another 2lbs off. :D I think i have finally found something that is working for me.

Am off swimming again today - am going to try and swim 34 lengths :)
 
Purpleroses you have changed your name!! How are you? Good to see on here.

I managed 34 lengths yesterday. Today I have my weight management class with an hour exercise circuit at the end of it. I don't actually feel too bad at the moment, but I expect I will ache tomorrow haha. Tomorrow im going swimming again and hoping to do 36 lengths. Am feeling pretty good at the moment and feeling very positive :)

Went swimming today and managed 36 lengths woo hoo. Although I did struggle today and was a bit slower as normal as am really tired today. Am going to have a rest day tomorrow and do absolutely nothing well apart from work in the evening. Food wise I have been doing well so fingers crossed for a loss this week- although with all this exercise I know that the weightloss may slow down so I haven't has a sneaky peak at the scales like I normally do every morning just incase it shows a gain making me want to give up!!! :D
 
Another 38 lengths swam this afternoon. Am actually feeling pretty proud of myself!! Am going to try and do 40 lengths on Mon!! I'm actually really enjoying it. Weigh in at the weekend - hope the scales are nice to me. :)
 
I had my weight in at the weekend and lost 3lbs :D am very very happy with that.

I went swimming today and swam 40 lengths - getting close to my target of 50. Will be going again on Weds and will try and do 42 lengths.
Tomorrow I have got acircuit training session with my weight management group and am actually really looking forward to it.

Ive only got 3 lbs until im in the 20's so am hoping I will achieve this in the next few weeks.

We were looking at hoildays for next year last night and have found the perfect hotel - will hopefully be booking it in the new year (sooner if possible) So I have a good incentive to be loosing the weight. This year the seat belt wouldn't fit on the plane and I was gutted - its not going to happen next year!! I have 42 weeks until we are planning on going away so hoping to loose another 42-84lbs by then so bet 1-2lbs a week which is very achievable. :)
