he is a cutie dust queen but into everything lol .................... my goal weight dani is 9.7 stone i did have it at 9 stone but changed it a while back if i look ok at 9.7 then might just go for the extra 7 lb i guess i will have to see lots of people are already telling me 9.7 will be too much but im 5.5 and its in a healthy range for that height cant remember the last time i was that small though lol ............... so i went out today a bought zumba for the wii me and my daughter just tried it all i can say is hard work alot of practice needed cause we were all over the place but it was fun and at least the only people watching us was my 7 year old lol

homer is 9 weeks old today bentley our lab is 7 in jan i forgot how mad they are this young the good thing is they also sleep alot and he runs off most of his energy with bentley in the garden cant wait till i can take them both out for a walk cause when bentley is gone homer really misses him bless lol xx

i just realised i havent changed my ticker i will leave it for now in the hope i lose the 3lb this week if not i will add to it next week its to hard to put it up today already missing my food dont want to add to my ticker as well thats tooooooooooo depressing

Aww your new puppy is so sweet. We've always wanted a dog but neither of us has the first clue how to look after one having never had one ourselves so it's unlikely it would ever happen!
Well done getting back on the diet and doing so well over Christmas! I initially only put 4lbs back on, including the whole of december off and a week at Butlins, then the night before i restarted i ate a whole Pizza hut pizza to myself, and the next morning the gain was 7! That'll teach me!!

well another day done im feeling good today and no hunger pains which is great back into the ts again i was feeling a bit sorry for myself yesterday how unfair it is that i have to go to such extreme to lose weight why cant i do weight watchers or slimmimg world and it work well for me like other people etc but thats life this does work and even though you go without its not forever........ the amount of crap i ate and drunk for 3 weeks and only to gain 3lbs just shows with a healthy diet and the occasional bad thing i will be able keep maitaining at the end of this journey and if i stay focussed im hoping it will be the last time i have to do this for such a long period of time again.......... the thing i have to look forward to now it turkey and how great i will feel in a swim suit slimmer than i have been in years so thats whats keeping my head in the game right now one day at a time i will get to that goal ................... hope your all ok xxxxxx

just have a quick 5 mins to get on here im happy to say i lost my 3lb xmas gain this week so my ticker does not have to be adjusted now im hoping it can start moving down again it seems to have been stuck at this point for a long time .......... i went out last night for my works xmas do didnt eat much but did drink alot didnt get in till 2.30 this morning ouchhhhhhhhhh so have had a sofa day now im having to catch up on all the washing and housework so i must crack on hope your all ok xxxxxxx

arhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh having a really bad week have had a meal every day so far since friday have to try ts tomorrow and thursday it just been a bad week all round but will fill you all in on that another day hope your all doing better than me xxxxx
