Hi there,
I'm half-assing around. Got to get serious......
I have put one pound off and put it on again and again.
I say it has to stop here but I've had so much chocolate today.
I will start afresh tomorrow..... I've got a job interview tomorrow ... Trying hard not to think about it tonight...
I went to a charity shop today - so I have a new to me top to wear tomorrow. I've painted me nails...... I beat myself up for not zooming through weight loss.....for still needing a size 18. The good thing is that I haven't been binging like I used to......
I've done some Leslie Sansone dvd's ..... she posted a challenge for 21 days...... so thought I would try and follow it.
I'm thinking of being stupid and going to group on Friday as a one off in order to get the book and new members talk.
Still trying to decide which day to weigh myself..... I've got it as Mondays at the moment but thinking of going back to Saturdays. Think this would be easier as I don't want folk to know I weigh myself.... and I might see someone from work on a Monday walking through Boots to get to the office.
Bedtime methinks
I will try to be more positive and use The Slight Edge principals.
