Everyone has a fat friend... I don't want to be yours! 2013...

Ive never been a routine kinda person- I blame my parents lol! It takes me so long to establish a routine and it doesn't take much for it to fall apart. I'm just glad I've made sure holly and Tyler have a routine since birth although not sure how I've done it. I'll get back into it soon, as long as I don't put any weight on this week I'll be ok x
 
Hey hun - what crafts do you do? I have a supposed craft room but it's more the bomb zone at the moment and I should be making a pepper pig birthday card for a 4 year old not reading on here .... ooooops.

Todays food etc:
Breakfast: scrambled egg and a slice of wholemeal toast (hex B and 1 syn)
Lunch: boiled potatoes mixed with bacon, onion and mayonnaise (2 syns) with a large salad (radish, cucumber, celery, tomato, lettuce, spring onion, beetroot)
Tea: jacket potato, cottage cheese, salmon and a large salad (same as above in salad)
Snacks: 2 apples, 2 satsumas, a few grapes, an ice lolly (3 syns) and a packet of French fries (4.5 syns)
Drinks: 3 cups of apple and cinnamon tea, a cup of green tea with pomegranate, 2 cups of coffee (hex a)

I have just joined a new gym website, it looks great. It's called gym cube and there's loads of exercise videos and a timetable for live classes. Its a 10 day free trial and then its £5.95 a month... much cheaper than the gym so thought I'd give it a go.

hi... I do various crafts really but I have mainly been making canvas pics using paper, ribbon, flowers etc and I have made a few memory boxes. I have done card making, cross stitch and jewellery making in the past too. Did you get your card made?
 
Hi hunnie how ya doin? Im looking at a big gain this week :( my own doing though and no we will never learn lol. Glad I dont go away every weekend haha
 
where did you go? good luck for weigh in and hope the damage isn't too much although I'm sure you will soon get it off! I am back to obsessive weighing!

Todays food has been:
Breakfast: a flat peach and an apple
Lunch: wholemeal toast (hex B), bacon, spaghetti and cheese (hex A), flat peach, pineapple and water melon
Tea: beef chilli with added veg and rice (2 syns for the sachet mix)
Syns: crisps (4.5 syns)
Drinks: 2 cups of cinnamon and apple tea, 2 cups of green tea with pomegranate, 2 pints of NAS juice
 
There were 12 of us went to Leeds for my friends 40th birthday hun. We had a fab time such a laugh.

I always obsessively weigh lol your not alone.

I finished work early today as Tyler had a graduation ceremony at the local sixth form college. He is part of a children's university and has collected enough stamps for his first graduation. He looked so cute in his cap and gown, I even bought him a graduation card and he was so pleased.

Drinks: 2 cups of green tea and pomegranate and 2 litres of water
 
well hello lovelies! I'm doing good thanks Texty... not online as much these days but the kids are just watching a film which they have seen at least 10 times so thought I'd pop on. SW is going ok, lost 1lb last week as I said and it's weigh in day on Monday, hoping for at least 1lb.
I currently feel like I have been hit in the face by something really hard! I am full of a cold- I haven't had a cold for at least 10 years and I forgot how bad they make me feel. I developed a tickly cough in the back of my throat last night and that has driven me up the wall.
I took the kids for Chinese today- Ste is away for the weekend on a school trip with one of the schools he works at and I promised the kids weeks ago that I'd take them whilst he was gone. They stuffed their faces and well ate their money worth, I had some noodles and a diet coke (it was an all you can eat)

well well well... guess who's back!?
So I have been off track and put a little weight back on, 4lbs in about 5 weeks or so. Could have been a lot worse but I have had days on and off which has kind of been my saviour.
So I'm back and giving it another go after looking into juice plus and realising how stupid I would be to try a meal replacement diet when I could just follow SW. I am no where near my original target of a loss of 5stone this year so I am setting the target at 42lbs, I have lost 16lbs so far. I will then set a target for the following year until I feel comfortable.

Anyway... how is everyone? any news?
I'm ok, been busy with some craft projects and very busy at work. Tyler and Holly have finished school for the summer holidays, they are very excited to have 6 weeks off school.

Looking forward to chatting to everyone xx
 
Welcome back hun good to see/hear from you. SW is the sensible way to do it and you know it works. Those replacement diets ( in my opinion) are a way to a quick loss which is not sustainable. You will get there, little goals/steps at a time.

Good to hear you have been keeping yourself busy, hows work going? I bet the kids are loving the idea of being away from school, do you have anything planned?
 
hi hun, work is ok, it's looking like I am going to have to re-apply for my own job before Christmas, not looking forward to that and feeling quite anxious about the possibility of being unemployed as there won't be enough jobs to go around... damn budget cuts!
I'm off for 2 weeks in August and we may be going to see a friend in Norfolk, if not we will be having some day trips and possibly a weekend away somewhere. Tyler has just had a weekend away with school at an adventure place doing raft building, trapeze, archery and all sorts of other stuff. He loved it.

how's your weight loss going? You got any more news on your back problem? x
