Today I planned on doing my Sky body in balance exercises but my dad is in the house so I can't! I've managed to find some things online so I can do them in my room instead though so once I've had coffee I'm going to go work out. I'm actually excited!

Today will be EE as usual.

Breakfast: coffee (milk 2 syns)
Lunch: homemade lentil soup
Dinner: leek, pea and bacon risotto (HEA for cheese)
Snacks: medley biscuit bar (7 syns) pitta bread with ham, tomato, lettuce and xl philadelphia (HEB plus 3 syns) velvet crunch (4 syns) clementine
Total syns: 16 so far

Managed 27 minutes of exercise!! I had a 5 min break 8 minutes in though lol thought I was going to pass out.

Not had a very hungry day today which is unusual!

Done the 2nd day of the 30 day shred today:D but I feel a bit sick now. Hope tomorrow is better!

Lunch: mango, WW yoghurt and a clementine
Dinner: pork stew, with leeks, peppers, mixed beans, onions, potatoes and chilli - random I know
Snacks: home made lentil soup, ham & philadelphia on toast (HEB plus 4 syns for xl philly), clementine, velvet crunch (4 syns), medley bar (7 syns)
Total syns: 15

Right now I haven't actually eaten those crisps or the medley bar, but I have the syns to use so it can be my snack before bed. I dunno wtf is going on but these past couple of days I've just not been hungry :confused: I really like sticking to 20 syns a day because it means when the losses slow I can then go to 15 and so on, so I'm always a bit wary of going too far under 20.... but then it seems silly to eat for the sake of using syns?? I suppose they will balance out all the flexi syns from NYE and the few days after when I was trying to get back on plan :)

Anyway, job interview tomorrow! Not getting my hopes up but at least I have an interview for this one! Also doing day 3 of the 30 DS tomorrow, urgh.... it's gonna hurt. I have a zumba box set that I want to use as well so I'm going to give that a go at some point - I think I might do it on Sunday and skip the 30 DS, will see how sore my thighs/arms/stomach/legs are!!

The job interview went well, better than I had expected. I really hope I get it, but I've been here before and know it's best not to get my hopes up. Oh well:)

So day 3 of the 30 day shred today! I'm not nearly as sore as I was yesterday woop! It just hurts to sit down/stand up, the front of my thighs are the sorest part. It'll all be worth it though:D also going to tackle some zumba later on :cool: (maybe!)

Today is EE!

Breakfast: coffee (milk HEA) then I went for the interview, came home and had some chopped mango and 2 slices of my SW quiche (quiche has about 40g of cheese in it, so what like 3 syns? but there's 12 slices so.... if I eat it all I'll count the syns lol)
Lunch: home made lentil soup!
Dinner: smoked salmon, chives, xl Philly (5.5 syns) with spaghetti! From mama's meals :)
Snacks: 3 boiled eggs, xl mayo (1 syn) paprika & cherry tomatoes, ham and xl Philly on toast (HEB plus 2 syns) medley bar (7 syns) velvet crunch (4 syns)
Total syns: 18.5


Didn't do any Zumba! Tomorrow maybe! Done my shred tho :D

This weeks WI shows a STS, which is fine because really I've only been back on plan 100% for the last few days since all the festive binging! I've also been exercising and I know this can sometimes affect losses, but I think it's more down to not being on plan all week! I think any gains I should have had because of New Years were cancelled out by getting back on plan, so a STS is great! Now it really is all over (the festivities that is) and this will be my first official 100% week since NY! So I'm hoping my hard work will pay off.

I feel like I've tried really hard these last few days, but I am guilty of not always eating my super free! Since I started the 30DS I feel that my appetite has disappeared, which means I'm not using my syns so when I should be snacking on super free to make up for the lack of it at dinner, I have like 10 - 15 syns left to use so I use them before I have free things, then I'm not hungry so don't eat the free stuff, if that makes sense? I would rather not only have a few syns a day, because when my losses slow down I want to be able to lower them! So if the losses don't show I know to up my intake of super free!

Anyway I'm rambling away to myself.... EE today

Lunch: WW yoghurt, chopped mango, oaty bar (3.5 syns)
Dinner: cannelloni (HEA cheese)
Snacks: clementine, cherry tomatoes, velvet crunch (4 syns) SW quiche, 6x ryvita wholegrain crispbreads with sliced turkey & philadelphia xl (HEB plus 1 syn) 3 jelly babies (3 syns) medley bar (7 syns)
Total syns: 20.5 syns

Not fussed about the 0.5 syn, I doubt I used 2 syns worth of milk (about 30ml s/s) in my coffee so I'm probably not over syns at all. Have started synning milk instead of using my A choice for it on days when I only have 1 coffee, but as I don't measure it exactly I guess 2 syns to be safe!

Last day of the xmas break today, back to reality tomorrow. Really not looking forward to it:( but the new semester starts in a couple of weeks and I'll finally be learning the subject I want to study!!

Day 7 of the 30DS today, gonna go do that after I've done this. Might take my measurements today to see if anythings changed since I started this last week!

I went to bed pretty early last night hence the low syn total! But my appetite has been pretty weird lately anyway.. Hoping it comes back tbh or I'll just worry (and worrying will make it worse lol) the joys of having health anxiety :)

Today I bought a Soreen fruit malt loaf, the sliced one (33g slices) because they're only 5 syns a slice and I freakin love malt loaf!! Figured its a way to use syns but not need to eat a lot (5 syns is hard to spend when everything for eating in your house is free lol) and to have with my coffee for breakfast! Yummers!

Day 9 of the shred is complete but I don't think I'll be moving on to level 2 anytime soon - looks so hard :(

EE today

Breakfast: coffee (milk approx 5 syns) fibre bar (5.5 syns)
Lunch: ham and egg sandwich (HEB plus 4 syns) clementine
Dinner: salmon, chive and Philly pasta (100g Philly light HEA) to make up for the lack of super free I had chopped pineapple then baby beetroot afterwards!
Snacks: malt loaf 33g plus a scrape of light margarine (6 syns) WW mango yoghurt
Total syns: 20.5

Wahey managed to go over syns before I've even had dinner lol. Had a lot of milk & forgot I was saving my HEA for dinner, it's cheaper to syn the milk!

I should probably be honest and say I bought a small caramel latte from the Starbucks at college today.... There goes a million syns! Have no idea of syns but guessing a lot! Seeing as I've had a few under syn days I'm not worried. Won't do it again (and if I do I'll ask for a skinny one;) )

Grrrr!! Milk is such a waste of syns!!!! Need to stop using my A on Philadelphia in dinners!!

Things I have disliked this week: using my A choice on dinners and having to syn milk, using my B choice on bread for lunch at college, having to spend 10 syns on snacks because my fruit supply has dwindled, not being able to decide whether or not I should start my 'syn week' from WI day or the day after, feeling like this week has taken a month to pass.

Things I have liked about this week: getting to day 10 on the 30DS and not feeling like giving up, losing 2 inches on my arms & 1 inch on my waist, discovering malt loaf is only 5 syns per 33g slice, trying out new recipes.

Things I'm looking forward to next week: WI tomorrow, technically that's still this week but I am excited for it, maybe attempting level 2 on the shred, zumba with my mum aaaand it's the last week of semester one so most classes have finished & I will hardly be at college!

Going to try to keep syns low today, seeing as I went over yesterday! Then tomorrow is a new SW week cos I've decided my week will run from Sunday to WI day on a Saturday! Might make it easier to manage syns.

Anyway lost 2lbs this week! So now I'm back to what I was before the xmas binging! It sucks when you realise Xmas and new year basically held you back for 3 weeks but hey, it's definitely over now!

Dinner: pork stroganoff with red pepper, onion, carrot, broccoli & cauliflower and sweet potato mash (4.5 syns)

Total syns: 9

Low on syns today but I learned my lesson last week - I'm not going to force myself to eat them if I'm not hungry, because there will be a day when I want to eat more than I can afford to syn wise! So if it's low today I can afford to go over if I need to another day!

Also - peanut butter fans rejoice, for one tablespoon of the reduced fat stuff is more than enough to cover one slice of your HEB bread! I used 2 because I had the syns, but honestly 1 would've done. I guess I'm just one of these lucky people who can stop at one and not eat the entire jar lol only because I can't eat it on its own :D now, if there was nutella in the kitchen... :drool:

Pfffft I've been studying since I got up so haven't eaten all that much today. I haven't done my shred yet either :mad: hmph! No idea how I'll fit all this studying & exercise & general day off lazing about in when I have a job....
