Exante Advice

Hi There,

I'm Dee
I am currently on Lipotrim 100% and finding this really difficult, but a friend on the lipotrim site recommended exante as an alternate with the variety of the flavours etc.

Just wondered what all your thought and if you had any advice and how successful is exante with weight loss.

I've lost 11lbs on my first week and gonna try to stick it out until my weigh in on sat. so hopefully will have lost a few more

To be honest its still going to be as hard, but it does get easier after the first week. Well done on your first weeks loss too!

Exante does have more flavours and its alot cheaper, its up to you

I changed from Lipotrim to Exante and the exante shakes are much nicer but it's kinda harder I think coz u don't have to go to the chemist to get weighed. I think that's why I've cheated so often these last few weeks, I'm thinking although they're not as nice I might go back to lipotrim???

The losses on Exante are every bit as good as on any other VLCD but lots cheaper

I changed from Lipotrim to Exante too and I've never looked back. It is so much better in every way. I would say go for it. xx

Could you not get someone to weigh you every week? I get my mum to do it and at least Im 'answerable' to someone

Yeh I guess I could get my other half to weigh me, maybe that would help. I wad just thinking about it tonight and thought maybe that was the reason for not being totally into it, or maybe im just a greedy pig lol xx

I have my hubby "Officially" weigh me on a Thursday and it really does make a difference, at the end of the first week I was sooooo hungry and really wanted to bury myself in a loaf of bread but knowing that hubby would be standing over the scales the next day stopped me if I am honest. He gets excited for me to see the losses and goes way OTT in congrats and high fives on weigh day lmao...I didn't wanna ruin it for him hahaha! xx
